Before You Email: Booking Issues
One important thing to know: FindRentalPrices.com is an independent comparison and information site — we don’t process bookings, payments, or reservations. Every booking made through our links is completed directly with the rental provider or comparison partner you chose, and only they can access or change it.
That means for the following, please contact the company you booked with (their confirmation email will have the right contact details):
- Canceling or modifying a reservation
- Refunds, deposit holds, or billing questions
- Problems at pickup or with the vehicle
- Complaints about a rental provider’s service
We simply have no access to your booking and can’t make changes on your behalf — but if you’re unsure what a charge means or what your rental terms allow, feel free to ask. Pointing travelers in the right direction is exactly what we’re here for.
